Paint Quality Problems

Noticed lots of little scratches, or maybe marks, on my 2013 c5- pearlescent black 

When I run my finger nail over them , I can't detect any indentation at all, but I can't get rid of them by polishing, even with colour enriched polish.Also tried one of those "magic pens", but no good.

 

Any ideas? Worth trying a warranty claim?

I wouldnt rate your chances of getting anything done under warranty but the likelihood is that they are in the clear coat so a good orbital polisher with a medium poorbouys paste should get them out without to much effort. You can check the process out on Youtube, just keep the surface wet to avoid burning the paint.
