Apologies, I posted the following on the C5 forum but perhaps this is a more relevant section.

My C5 Exclusive (Mk 1) has the Clarion CD changer under the driver's seat. I have not used it yet so I opened the flap and there is a cartridge inside but I cannot get it to come out. I pressed the 'eject' button but nothing happened. I have tried with the engine running and not running.

Am I missing a simple trick or is there a potential problem? If it's the latter does anyone know what the problem could be?

I first thought it might be a fuse but when I checked the owner's manual I see that the fuse is number F10 (20amp) and this fuse is also responsible for other features such as suspension, steering wheel controls, multifunction display and audio system. All of those features seem to be working fine so perhaps the problem lies elsewhere.

Any ideas where I could start?

Many thanks
