Fitting Anew Rear Wiper Motor.

Ok, when I bought my szara 1.4i a few weeks ago the rear wiper wasn't working but the seller left a new one in the boot for me.

 I have read up pretty extensively  on it but have come upon a problem getting the tailgate cladding off.

the biggest piece I have managed but the smaller piece doesn't seem to want to budge, and I don't want to break anything unneccesarily  by forcing the issue, has anyone done this job ??

Ok forget the above 'Post' I have this morning managed to get the smaller of the two claddings off, what a struggle.

 

for future information some force has to be used to pull the centre out so sliding the clips out at both ends.
