Poor Radio Reception

hi a while ago someone run into the passenger side wing it was repaired at a garage that esure insurance uses i must admit that the first time they sent it back it was not repaired correctly so i sent ot back since then i have been getting poor radio reception i have complained but they say they did nothing to affect it, so could anyone please tell me the run that the arial wire takes and also is there an easy way to take out the radio without damaging anything so i can check the connection

unclip the small trims on each side of the radio and you will see 2 torx 20 screws. remove these and the radio pulls out. wire runs along back of dash and up one of the a-posts (think its drivers side) into roof and across to ariel base.
