wozza Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 Go daft put a V6 in there instead of the 2.0 16v. IF your spending all that money make it a bit different rather than buying an engine that you can already get in the car from the factory. Quote
VTSowner Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 what a truly random first post ... go wild put a v6 in....go wild put a v10 in....get something supercharged :D generally its not as simple as taking one engine out and putting another in, unfortunately.....youll need to pay a pro alot of money to change all the bits and bobs. It would be cheaper to sell and buy a VTS rather than do an engine conversion. Never mind the problems with insurance afterwards.....So to be the voice of reason here....but if its a faster c4 you want the 2.0 180 isnt the way to go Quote

iannez Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 as vtsowner said it would be cheaper to sell your car and buy a vts. if you can't afford a vts then you wont be able to afford this engine swap. run a pipe from your airbox to your cabin and connect it to a bottle of nitrous oxide and just turn the tap on a bit when you want to go fast. C4VTS Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 Put a V12 Ferrari engine in. Should make it go a bit faster. Quote
