bruckshaw Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 Picking up a 2007 C5 tomorrow. Two questions. 1. The rear number plate is low on the body. I plan to fit a shield to protect against careless hitching and this extends about 3 inches above the towball. Will this obtruct the view of the number plate? 2. I want to fit a reversing sensor which is a metal foil strip which sticks to the inside of the rear bumper (no holes needed). How do I get access? There is what appears to be a 3 inch horizontal insert in the rear bumper. Does this clip out or is it just part of the moulding? Thanks. Quote

bruckshaw Posted July 11, 2007 Author Posted July 11, 2007 Sorry about the multiple posts ... novice at this. To clarify, the apparent insert in the rear bumper extends almost the whole length of the bumper and is about 3 inches high. Quote
