Washer Motor/pump

my 51 saxo desire window washer sometimes won't work ( can't hear pump)

Could the pump be blocked and repaired? or will i need a new one.

Can I replace this myself and where is it located?

will probably be the pump thats gone. located in the bottom of the washer bottle, acces to it from under the osf wheel arch (i think!)

Thanks just had a look/feel for it. Not that easy to see and change.
