danielsydney Posted July 28, 2007 Posted July 28, 2007 I have a 1.4 2002 C3 Automatic and have had very few issues with it really. I have been told this gearbox unit is about $4000AUD to replace if it goes belly up. Is this true? How can someone avoid it actually failing? Also my car has the Sagem fuel injection system on it. I have had 2 failed injectors that have simply died on me and have needed replacing? This is totally unheard of aparently and I want to know why this is happening? What is the main issue with this injection system? Have others had any issues along the same lines? Quote
Guest rowls Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 Gearboxes are normally quite reliable. the injector that normally goes is No 4 injector, its located right underneath the washer jet and the water drips off it onto the injector! Quote
