discoian Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Well after much nagging from my wife, i've caved in and bought her a pluriel. We test drove a 56 reg Latte a few months back but at £10.5k it was a little out of our price range. After scouring Autotrader I saw an 03 Pluriel in Dark Grey for just over £5k. We test drove it on Monday this week and picked it up yesterday! It's a lovely car, the wife loves it to bits, we had much fun converting it all of yesterday evening, taking off the rails, putting it back together all in the wrong order, etc. Only one niggle, everytime we tip the glass roof back or lift it up, water pours into the boot, maybe there's something we can do about that maybe??? hertsnminds Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 Sadly, 03 Pluriel do not hold their value as well as they hold water. If you have a cracked roof cassette then you are in for about £300 of replacement. If it is just the fact that you are openeing the boot when it has been raining then that's just one of the cars quirks (design issues). My solution was to carry a bucket in the boot, followed a few weeks later by trading the Pluriel in against a C4. Owners with dry Pluriel have a very good ownership experience. Owners with damp Pluriel get to know all the staff at their Citroen dealers and Citroen UK on first name terms. IanBlack 55 VTR+ Quote
