My Pluriel's electric roof jammed up the other day whilst I was trying to close it - I took it in and the Citroen technician managed to get it shut basically with brute force. He hadn't seen anything like it before, but it seems as if the winding gear has gone on one side, so whilst the right side winds forward the left drags behind and then obviously it jams when the roof is too wonky to carry on. I now daren't open it at all as I doubt it will close.

Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it / how much it might cost? I get the impression that my Citroen dealership aren't quite sure what to do with it, so I wanted to do some research before taking it back in!
