Guest jeffc5 Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 I probably seem obsessed with my car's headlights but to recap: About 2 months ago I bought a C5 (2003 V6 exclusive with xenon headlights, 70k on the clock) and the drivers side headlight was not working. At the dealers expense the headlight was replaced. So far so good. Yesterday when I started up and put the headlights on I noticed the passenger side (older bulb) was a funny reddish colour, at least relative to the bright white of the 'new' bulb. Does this indicate an impending bulb failure or is it a symptom of another problem. Amount of light is OK but I just loved my bright white lights so much... In other areas the car is fantastic. I drive 160 km to and from work each day and the C5 is the perfect vehicle for the job. Quote
