WeeMan Posted September 5, 2007 Posted September 5, 2007 I'm kind of new to Citroens (and the forum...hello). I have a 2002 C5 HDI estate and a great motor it seems to be, but I have a problem with the indicators. When I indicate left just holding the switch it works fine but if I push it down so that it locks then I get no lights flashing.....does that make sense. I suspect a dodgy switch but someone here with more knowledge of the car may know better. Ta Quote

I had the same problem on mine and I took the switch off, dismantled it and cleaned up a small brass slider. It took me two hours from start to finish. CAUTION. Do make sure you take out the fuse to the airbag before you start and be VERY gentle with every thing. When you see what's inside you will understand my words of caution. I suspect a new switch would not do your bank balance any good atall. The cure has worked perfectly for over four months. Good luck. Malcolm Quote
