Oxymoron Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Hi,My Berlingo had recently been feeling a bit lethargic when accelerating and although it's due for a service, I thought there must be something amiss!I had a look on the Picasso site, as they tell you how to adjust the slack out of the throttle cable over there!I moved the clip one notch up the thread as described and the car now feels much more responsive from stationary and when on the move too...No more foot to the floor to keep up with other traffic!!Cheerz :( Quote
iannez Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 get someone to press the pedal all the way down and try and turn the throttle cam. if it turns you are not getting full throttle. keep adjusting the clip untill there is no more free movement on the cam when the pedal is fully pressed. a lot of the early c8's were like this.
