hertsnminds Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 Had a passenger in my car the other day who said, "do you know your seat is cracked". The coloured seat insert on the back of the seat had cracked at the top so I was back at my Citroen dealer to book it in to be replaced. The service manager is getting to know me quite well now, anyway 2weeks to get the part and have it sprayed in the body colour and a day to fit it. I suppose they have to deactivate all of the air bag sensors so they can work on the seat without setting an airbag off. Thank goodness for the 3 year warranty Ian Orange 03 Senso Quote
hertsnminds Posted December 14, 2004 Author Posted December 14, 2004 Call from the garage today... The part we ordered for you (in November) is not in yet, Citroen gave us a date of 8th Dec. We will call you when we have a new delivery date. Maybe this is a ploy by Citroen to keep owners in touch with their local dealer...always have something to talk to them about  Ian Orange 03 Senso Quote
CE08LDB Posted December 17, 2004 Posted December 17, 2004 By the sound of these Pluriels owners might have to pay extra to extend the 3 year warranty to be on the safe side. Its wrong mind that owners would have to do this but it would cost a hell of alot to fix after the warrenty ends if anything went wrong Quote
hertsnminds Posted February 15, 2005 Author Posted February 15, 2005 Seat trim has now been replaced, the work was carried out at the beginning of Feb and took about 30 mins despite an original booking by the dealer to have the car for a day :D Ian Orange 03 Senso Quote
