Z3M Roadster Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 Finally after 6 months of hire cars my new company car has arrived. First impressions are that it feels a lot better put together with no rattles and is a far smoother ride. Weirdly only doing about 40mpg at the moment but only has 500miles on the clock so I presume it will loosen up. Admittedly it was more expensive than the C4 and came with slightly less standard equipment, but what it does come with actually works! http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Jetta/IMG_1829.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Jetta/IMG_1830.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Jetta/IMG_1831.jpg Quote
wozza Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 I am not a big fan of the Jetta but for what they are great cars well put together etc. And it is red...always a good choice. The VAG TDI's are cracking engines though. Bit of a shame your C4 was such a lemon and your dealers were utterly useless as well though. I still love mine now that it is problem free. No rattles no nothing now dealer has fixed my squeak. Quote
Z3M Roadster Posted October 29, 2007 Author Posted October 29, 2007 Yup, I always liked Wicked Red after seeing it too late. The golf was also on my list but the same model came with far fewer toys than the Jetta, which is what swayed it. Plus I quite like the look of the R32 style grill and the boot is massive Quote
