Guest tat2giger Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Hello My father has recently purchased a 2003 C3 1.1 petrol as far as I can see by photos he has taken there seems to be a cartridge style filter (when looking at engine from bumper ) at the side of the manifold which is marked 25 newton metres is this the oil filter inside this? Also can anyone tell me where the fuel filter is?Is the oil pan drain bolt hex head or allen key fit? Anyones input on this would be great so I can point him in the right direction. Many thanksSteve Quote
Guest rowls Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 The oil filter will be inside a black plastic housing on the front of the engine. If it has a fuel filter it will be located underneath by the pipes that come out of the tank, but i remember from my days at citroen that some of the later cars they bought out didnt have fuel filters (believe it or not! C5 1.8i being one i remember!) Quote
