Hi Guys,

I recently boosted my 2000 hdi from another car. I didn't do it properly I didn't earth the negitive cable in an engine earth point, I put it on the negitive lug of the battery. Anyway from then I have lost lights from my dahboard, front and rear fog lights and rear tail lights, all the other lights are fine.

I am pretty sure I have no blown fuses in the drivers fuse box or the engine compartment fuse box. Has anyone any ideas what the single point of failure might be? Is there another fuse box I am missing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

these faults could be down to a number of things, this is one of them jobs thats best left to your garage, and then they will tell you to see an auto electrition, there are just to many thing that can cause this sort of fault,

sounds to me like you have tried all the fuses so now its time to start tracing the wires back and checking for brakes in them, and with out the proper gear its going to be like looking for rocking horse muck,
