Guest xsaravtr Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 does any1 know why i have to slam my boot down 5 or 6 times before it will shut . problem only started 3 weeks ago. ive had my xsara vtr for about 5 months and i dont know why it has started doing this. has anyone else had this strange problem? OR your button for opening the boot is sticking in when you press it to open the boot, and when you slam the lid a few times this jolts the button free and allows the boot to close, if this is so just give the button a good spray of WD40 and work it in and out, this will free it off, hope this helps Quote
