citroeneddie Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 Just a quick note to all regarding the long term high mileage use of my C5. It will be 3 years old in April and has 95k on the clock. Apart from a DPF change at 62k and a rear screen, no extra work needed and it has been absolutely brilliant. It has never let me down, the electrics have been fine and still returns average of 56mpg. 400m return trip to Norwich yesterday and got out as fresh as a daisy. Press and journalsits may scoff at Citroens but I would never look at anything else for work I would have a new shape C5 but am downsizing to a C4 EGS in April with all the extras as I have a Picasso for holidays and breaks.
