moggy74 Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 How long should the stop light stay on for.....seems to take longer to go out when starting on a cold morning? Quote
Guest Kane Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 Under normal circumstances only a few seconds, change the hydraulic fluid and scrub the filters with a toothbrush in petrol, loads of guides on here relating to fluid change. Done mine the other week and the stop light goes out instantly now! Quote
Guest androcles Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 My understanding is that the red STOP light should go out immediately after starting. Make sure you top up the coolant as well. Only time the light should stay on after starting is when car is started with suspension at its lowest setting; it will stay on until suspension has raised to normal driving height, up to several minutes Quote
