Audible Warnings

Hi

I have just purchased a used 52 plate Citroen C3 1.4LX. All is well with the car, but I am getting an audible warning of 4-5 beeps everytime I slow down to first gear. The garage I got it from dont know what is causing it and as far as I can tell nothing as actually wrong. I didnt have a drivers manual with the car and have been unable to find any similar problems on line. Does anyone what is causing this audible warning, is it an important warning and if not can it be disabled. As I said, it only occurs when in first gear. Many thanks

Audible warnings can be disabled,Citroen Garage visit though they just need to disable it in the BSI configuration this will not effect any Visual ones though which is good news. If your fault is a serious one though it should be in the BSI's fault log
