1.9TD Posted May 8, 2005 Share Posted May 8, 2005 Just got a 94 ZX 1.9TD - it's my first car! Unfortunately, the battery's flatter than a hedgehog on a main road. How do I deactivate the alarm so I can disconnect the battery? The manual mentions a key switch somewhere behind the right-hand headlight, but I have no idea what it looks like. Thanks in advance! bogs dollocks Posted June 27, 2005 Share Posted June 27, 2005 its a black round cover on the slam panel right on top of the drivers side headlamp lift up the cover and you will see the key lock like the ones on your door, it should be the ignition key that fits.
