Reomote Central Locking

Hi folks, can anyone help before i take it in to Citroen, have a c5 and the remote central locking has decided to pack up.

 

Have checked fuses and changed the battery inside the remote, still not working.

 

Can anyone suggest where else to look for the fault, am not very good with cars.

Don't give up hope yet. It has likely got itself out of sequence and although I don't recall the fix, it is posted here somewhere but give it an hour or two and someone in the know will be along with the solution.

sit in your car.switch ignition on and almost immediatly press and hold the lock button on the remotr for 30 seconds. then switch off the ignition and wait one minute then give it a blast see if it works

tried that dont work any other suggestion ?

disconnect the battery for 5 minutes then retry programming it
