Guest Chris N Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 What should i do , i've tried forcing it and using a screwdriver to disengage it yet the key will not turn the barrel. Should i have it changed? and where could i get a new lock from? Chris Quote
Guest Colin Hunter Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 It would appear that the ignition barrel has "Had it" I daresay you've tried WD40 etc so I won't go there. Apart from Citroen themselves, the obvious place for a replacement would be a breakers. You should be able to get a set of locks complete with key(s) off a scrapper. The door lock barrels are really easy to change so if you manage to get the "Set" you won't need to carry more than one key. Cheers hope this helps. :D Quote

Is £25 with £8 P&P a good price? , i don't really want the hassle of doing the doors , besides having seperate keys would make sense so i can give one to my family to get things out of my car without driving away with it!. Also what should i do to a stuck sump plug? it won't move with the worlds biggest breaker bar lol. Chris Quote
