Zx 1.4 Clutch

I am replacing the clutch on my sons 1996 Citroen zx 1.4I. I am having trouble removing the gearbox from the engine. All the bolts have been removed attaching the gearbox to the engine, but its seems stuck on the bottom edge, its free at the top edge. Starter motor, driveshafts exhaust mounting bolt, and linkages have all been removed. I notice there are two large bolts between the end of the sump and the engine/gearbox end , but I dont want to remove them in case they are not relevant. The Hayes manual is not very descriptive. I checked round the gearbox and cant find any hidden bolts.
