Engine Immobiliser Keypad

The keypad light both green an red stays on after inputting the right code.An audible alarm is heard when engine turn by ignition key.But engine failed to start.Can anyone help.Many thanks.

It's a while since you posted this question and I hope you've resolved the matter however, just in case you're still stranded (!) I quote from the owner's handbook p75

 

ensure ignition has been switched off for at least 30 mins

 

switch on ignition

 

wait at least one minute

 

enter code

 

start engine

Sounds like your wiring from the keypad may have cracked, strip back and reconnect.
