Mazzer Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 Hi everyone knew to this forum and I need some advice please, I needed a new clutch fitted on my Citroen picasso year 2000 so took it along to a mobile mechanic ,clutch was fitted okay but when he tried to start the car it just wouldn't go, anyway to cut a long story short, after 2 days of fiddling with electric wires earthing them etc he eventually got it started and some things working except the most important thing as I live in spain ,My Air Conditioning, the fan works fine but not the aircon, so we came across a this website www.the-ecu-doctor.co.uk apparently you send your ecu to them they diagnose the problem and then its up to you if you have the work carried out the price for a standard rebuild is £120 plus parts which doesn't sound too bad. My question is this, has anybody had any dealings with THE ECU DOCTOR before I go to the trouble of sending mine back to the UK etc. Just not sure what to do whether they are trustable or not any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks Quote
