hertsnminds Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 When I took my Pluriel in to get the rear trim replaced I reported that I had water dripping from the roof cassette release button (that's the one you use to release the roof to fold it away). They said they had put gunk around all the seals and the problem shuld be fixed. Today when I dove off (after a night if heavy rainfall) I heard the sound of running water, it seams the problem was not fixed and about 3 cup fulls of rainwater was being poured into my boot. Then when I thought all the water had come out of wherever it was being stored I went round a roundabout and another cup full appeared  Took the car back to the dealers and they said they had noticed what they thought might have been a crack (or a mould line) in the roof cassette and this is probably where the water was getting in. So they are now ordering a complete roof cassette assembly to replace mine. By the time my car is 3 years old and the warranty runs out it will almost be a new car again with all the parts it has had replaced. Ian Orange 03 Senso Quote
