This is the official UK recall website

However, most manufacturers are very tight lipped about recalls. You try to get your Citroen dealer to give you a print out of all the work done to your car. Mine always tells me it is all logged on the computer so there is no need to print it out. I tell them I need a paper audit trail in case I want to sell my car but they still do not give out the details.

Thought I'd post a follow up, seeing as how there is so much interest :D

Our C3 went in to the dealer yesterday as planned, and about 6 hours later they phoned to say the work was done. The actual job sheet shows that they used a total of 1.3 hours labour.

When I collected the car, they had done the suspension cup recall (ref: XWJ) and ALSO downloaded an update to the car's ECU. Reason unknown, but the recall reference is "X12".

Taking mine to the dealer tomorrow morning for the spring cup addition.
Dealer said would take about an hour so I'll stay there and wait for it to be done.
Just hope that disturbing the suspension / brake area doesn't re-activate the rattles.
