C5 Wiper Stalk

Hi,I wonder if anyone can help ? I have an early cit c5 with the usual comm problems of switching lights on at wrong times etc.

Does anyone know if I can use a later one ie post face lift of 2004 (not the model just out )- it seems to have the same wires in the same place but they are different colours and I dont want to waste money or time if it ain't gonna fit.

weird timing I'm currently in the middle of trying to buy a comms terminal for my Citroen C5 VTR 2.2D on a 2004

 

the comms part i need is part no. 6242C6

 

 

will any other terminal work with mine and also where is the cheapest place other than ebay?

in response i have had to go for the same model as the different model seemed to mess up my steering calibration sensor
