Buzzing Noise

Wondering if anyone can help. When I start my Xsara Coupe 1.6 the speedo and rev counter needles vibrate for a few seconds and make a loud buzzing noise, The car starts fine each time. Also I have noticed that the clock is resetting itself occasionally and the car will occasionally make a loud beep when turning off the ignition (same noise as if I have left a door open) Any ideas anyone please?

I have the excact same problem!

 

Also:

The radio does not work
The heater/blower does not work

Automatic driving front lights (we have them in Norway) does not work so I must turn my head light on manually
The horn does not work
Turning off ignition breaks power to the time-/date-/radio-/temperature- display and to the central door locking. So the clock resets itself every time I turn off the engine.

 

My local Citroën dealer told me there was several connections without power, including the diagnostics contact, so they did not want to do the job...
