Headlights Coming On Without Switch

Hi All,

Am new to forum so appologise if this has been asked before.

 

My partner has a C2 1.1 on a 2007 plate and the last couple of days the headlights/side lights are turning on all by themselves. the switch is in the off position and she has to turn the switch "On" then "off" to extinguish the lights.

 

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated
