Hi to all you other berlingo owners out there, hope its not really a dead forum.......just sold my VW T4 camper [ who had a lively forum] and bought this new berlingo, had it 6 months now and pleased, put new black/chrome alloys on , Fiamma rear bike rack, just ordered front bull bars, had rear windows darkened, roof rack etc so a bit "blinged" or modified one might say. But the new berlingo takes it well.

Any mechanical issues anyone had? problems with van? I have just started at 6k to get rattles from front doors, is that normal?

cheers

Pete.

Hi pch, I've only joined recently so can't give any help with mechanical issues. I'm sure one of the knowledge guru's will be along soon. As regards your bike rack, what model number is it and how does it fit to the vehicle. Bolted permanently or strapped on? I could be interested in one myself but haven't looked into it yet.

Hi BIGSACS....I wont say any more on that one.......

as for bike rack, there isnt one available in this country yet , not a good one. I just used my T4 camper one, just reduced length by about 3" on top fitting bars and its brill. Fits perfect and is secure .no one can take it without opening boot and undoing nuts. Can sen pics if you want, or post here i I can figure out how.

Cheers

Pete.

pch, pictures would be most appreciated, if you can work out how! I've an offer from a friend of a fiamm aluminium rack which might even be the same as yours, so a picture would help. Failing that l've got a Pendle rack which fits behind the towbar but then makes the bar stick out quite a bit. not ideal for tight parking! Cheers
