Towbar On 2010 Model

Bought a new Berlingo VTR to replace our old Berlingo Hdi.

It drives well and is much quieter than the last one. Both the engine noise and the wind noise are much less. A tank of fuel seems to last much longer as well but the stowage capability is ridiculous.

The back seats do not fold forward as far and there is a thick soft carpet in the back instead of sensible rubber mat. The doors and modutop seem to have been designed with such tiny pockets and

of such a weird shape that nothing rectangular will fit.

I bought a Witter PG46 towbar on the web (which allows a bolt-on ball and a cycle carrier). The towbar is really good quality just bolts on without any drilling. However, I am having a problem with the electrics. I have no problem with how to connect the wiring and the seven-way bypass relay. My problem is I cannot find a way to remove the two panels allowing me access to the wiring behind the two rear light clusters. Is there anyone out there in cyberspace that can help? On the left hand one for example there are no screws and when I felt around the rear edge with a table knife looking for plastic clips I couldn't find any. I am reluctant to just lever it out in case something breaks. I can't even pull the carpet up as the rear edge is trapped under another plastic molding that seems immovable.
