Fluid Leaks

can some one help me please. I have a zantia 1.9td that is leaking fluid from a unit at the top of the bulkhead directly in line with the steering wheel. the leak appears to be coming from the top of the unit. i have a haynes man but cannot find any info on what this is let alone hot to get to it to repair it. From what i can see the unit is about 2" wide and a circuler black shape and has 2 pos 3 pipes coming from it metal pipes.This is were lhm fluid is leakinfg and i cannot see how i can repair or replace the unit as it looks near impossible to get to. i have looked on the web and found things that may be similar to it but not sure,they are called flow valves bit as i said not sure if thats what im looking at.desperate is not the word if any 1 can help advise, i would be really grate full.
