2002 Xsara Vtr Rear Seatbelt & Abs

Hi, new to the forum. I recently bought an 02 xsara vtr but it has a couple of problems needing fixed.

 

I need a rear seatbelt replaced, I have tracked one down but it is from the 1997 to 2000 3dr model, will this fit the 2002 vtr? Also how easy are they to replace?

 

I also have the ABS light on, I'm guessing this is either a sensor or the abs brake ring, are these expensive to get fixed?
