Hi all

I foolishly allowed the coolant in my wifes Xantia to freeze on Sunday night, defrosted it no problem but I suspect the timing belt may have slipped when she tried to start it, I took the belt off, pegged all three pulleys but to no avail, I can only turn the crank a quarter turn then it stops dead, do I need to set the cam shafts up visually before I peg the pulleys and refit the belt, if so could some kind soul talk me through what position the cam lobes should be in?? I'm used to single camshafts and rockers and chains this is all new to me

Thanks

Marc
