lee_marshuk Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 good luck......send us a post and let us know how you get on! @ wozza.....I've noticed that one or two times as well....not sure I'm driving mine any differently to normal. I've done around 7k miles now, what are you on? Quote
wozza Posted April 11, 2006 Posted April 11, 2006 Mines on around 5500miles now seems to be doing on nearly every take off used to be very smooth to drive now unless im giving it around 3000revs off the line it just does not take off with juddering. but i dont particularly like takign off at 3000revs either just not right have it back into citroen soon see what they say. Will let one of my mates or my dad or someone take it out as well see if it does it for them cause sometimes you just dont realise your driving differently. Quote
hertsnminds Posted September 16, 2006 Author Posted September 16, 2006 Having had the software update and still getting the fault my dealer has decided it is the clutch sensor that needs replacing to fix the fault. Just have to wait for the part now. IanBlack 55 VTR+ Quote
citroeneddie Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 Ian I had exact problems with my new look C5 cruise and the new clutch sensor fixed it. Regards Eddie Quote
Ciaran2903 Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 Had the cruise control, on both C4's. Very easy software fix, but they did need a part for the last one B) Quote
Rob555 Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 I had the same fault with the cruise control and speed limiter. The clutch pedal switch was changed as this had showed up as a fault, but still the same. The Citroen agent then did an update on the computer but this did not work . They then contacted Citroen U/K and they said to change the switch on the steering hub which has now been done so far its o/k.There was also a fault listed as glow plug open circuit and these were changed at the same time. (Done about 12000mls) Quote
