Shaking When Idling

Hi,

 

Had my Xantia 1.9tdi for 8 months now. Loving it. My father had one and drove it to 280k miles. Still worked.

 

Only problem is that when it is idling, the seats shake making it somewhat annoying and uncomfortable to sit in. It is fine when driving, even if I give it the tiniest amount of throttle it smooths out. Rev counter hangs around the 1000k mark sometimes a bit below, sometimes a bit above but it doesn't move while idling.

 

Any ideas on what it could be ?
