Hans Freikit Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 Had a go at changing the air filter on our C3 over Christmas...having bought a K&N replacement. Once again, Citroen demonstrate their ability to make access in the engine bay as difficult as possible. The airbox is sealed with 5 screws, 3 of which are so far back that you can't get at them with a normal Phillips screwdriver. In then end, I had to use a "stubby" screwdriver, and scrabble about at the back of the engine. 30 mins of hard work, and the job was done. If anyone's interested in doing the same, K&N part number 33-2844 is a direct replacement and seems to help the engine breathe a bit better at m'way speeds. HF Quote
