  2. Another update lol Turbo came to life all on its own and car is pulling like a good 1 now Car is great to drive and even better on fuel than it was before But we still have this p2565 error?? Its had a new turbo actuator sensor and there's no sign of water and the scuttle panel trim is all in place so no water dripping down onto the sensor Anyone have any ideas?? Ive seen a lot of info about how you have to set up the actuator if its removed, but thinking that if for some reason the sensor has a slightly long shaft then it would give a wrong reading then in turn give a wrong voltage ?? Or am i miles from the mark?? Thanx Andy
  3. No you should be fine But would get it Serviced ASAP after that And get the Particle filter additive topped up as well as that can cause even more probs if you Dont
  4. Well here's a New 1 Turbo still not Boosting checked the Actuator and that's holding vacuum and checked the pipes to it and the Solenoid and no leaks and holding vacuum (should i be able to blow through the Solenoid when off) And here's the Best bit although the Turbo is not working i've got no Error Codes or Lights on the Dash lol Please can someone shed some light on this very long tunnel
  5. Cheers for that Paul
  6. There is a Vacuum type pump solenoid somewhere that is attached to the Actuator The wiring to the Sensor on the Actuator is all Good as that Error has no Gone Got to find this Solenoid to be able to try and trace a Vacuum leak, can't follow it back from the Actuator as i can't see or feel it unless i strip the engine down again But Thanx for the Help
  7. So you think i might be the turbo electro valve? a Any idea where it is on the car ? or any Pics Please
  8. Hi Well after about 30 mins of driving all good and then the EML came on and the Depollution Fault Car still running fine but we have no Turbo as its seems to be not spinning up ? and no change at about 2000 rpm when the turbo kicks in It does pull all the way around the rev range but is lacking that turbo pull We have got a error code of: P2565 Turbo Valve Position Copy Signal, Open Circuit; Short Circuit to Positive I'm really losing the Love for this Car now But can see Light at the end of the Tunnel lol Can anyone Help Please
  9. Cheers once again Paul H Thanx for your Help m8 Will post up again once i've taken the Car for a Good Drive
  10. Just a little update Turbo position sensor changed and all codes gone with EML, ESP/ASR Lights out Only thing now is the P2565 Permanent Fault, Turbo Valve Position Copy Signal open circuit; short circuit to positive ?? But will hope someone can shed some light on it and can get rid of the Error All new front Brakes fitted and have to Bleed them tomorrow with the help of Lexia Then should be good for a test drive Oh and we have working Headlight washer also with the change of the Pump so the Car is getting there now after all the Probs we have had
  11. Oh Good 1 less thing to worry about
  12. Thanx again Paul Ive already ordered a turbo sensor and got it for £50 inc from a m8 of a m8 who works at a turbo rebuild place So just waiting for that then ill fit it and go from there I have done a general look over all the plugs and pipes and all look to be good with no signs of water or splits The swirl plate diaphragm actuator is that what i call the Vacuum pump ?? if yes then thats fine Cheers for the Help again m8
  13. A bit of an update The flow meter was a new bosch 1 i dont like buying cheap parts I ve been taking the sensors of 1 by 1 and re doing the checks with lexia And when i take the turbo actuator position sensor plug off the p2670 error code goes?? So would that mean i need a new 1 and it setting up ? Also in regards to the -50 maf that error goes also when i take the turbo actuator position sensor plug off Cheers for the Help Paul.h :)
  14. Cheers Johndouglas Yes battery is fine at 12.8 volts and then when engine is running goes up to 14.3 And very careful about taking the battery on and off as had a 307 and learned the hard way as the mrs had a the aux belt go on her and she never told me until it ran out of juice and it cut out on her, and that spike the bsi But everything was fine up to the point the EML and ESP/ASR lights come on and we have all these errors
  15. Thanx for the Reply Coastline Taxis Sorry car turns over but wont start And no not had any work done on it Car was running great then we had the EML and the ESP/ASR lights on and this just kept going on and off when it felt like it Some said it could be brake switch and wiring (that never fixed anything) bought new from Citroen with modded wiring loom Then it was said it could be the Fuse Board which is common on these (so people say) same again New Then got a New Battery and then today got a new Crank Speed/Position Sensor Had all the wiring apart and took out of the plastic fuse box just to check for splits or kinks but everything looks fine Put battery on and the car started this done it for 6/7 starts then it would not start and now it just turns over
