Current mileage is 109 000 miles. There is no paperwork/proof that cambelt has ever been changed. Would cambelt last that long without change? Or is it possible to check if it was changed?

MOT failure: Offside rear trailing arm has excessive play in pin/bearing (2.4.G.3). Rear wheel is moving up/down freely, I would say quite a lot. I`m having problem locating correct part. Can anybody drop me a link to actual part what needs to be replaced? I got Xsara LX 110, 2.0 HDi, automatic 04 plate. Cheers :)
