Yeah...your tyre pressures are still a little too high i think. There is a plaque on the right side (Drivers for us in the UK) that has the recommened pressueres on them...Front and Back.

Got my car back today!! :lol: The warrantey covered everthing, the clutch bearing was shattered...manufacturing defect..not my driving <_< The total cost to us..£0 The total cost to citroen...£890!!!!!!! :blink: Good to have wheels again...

Done, done and done... I emailed the guy, so now i wonder what will come first..the spoiler or the car! :)

GOOD POINT!!!! I have the money now...ebay here i come...thanks mate, forgot about the spoiler issue..too busy not working (the teachers are going to kill me! :) ) and yelling at the car...! :lol: Also alot of drinking, clubbing and partying! ;)

Sounds like this is going to get interesting then! :lol: I may as well stay at home, i will probs be able to hear him from here! I had a surprise 18th party the other week, karting followed by the pub with a bunch of my mates...great fun! The next morning the pub called my dad saying that a table umbrella had gone missing and blamed our group...they wanted him to pay for it! He said "You can get some vaseline, lube up your fucking umbrealla and sove it up your arse!" :P :) Didnt know he had it in him...guess he has his morals, i think he felt he was not given any respect...needless to say he didnt have to fork out a penny..not sure the reaction will be when i next go to the pub will be though! :unsure:

I lie...i had two knee operations and after that i couldnt drive for a couple of days...

Confirmation of my worries came today... Went to go to the dentist today, put the car in reverse, started the engine...big leap backwards, and the engine would not tick over...! :) Basically the clutch is completely gone, and the car is getting towed to citroen tomorrow morning...this is only the second day ever that i havent driven my C4...the first was when i was ill... :unsure: Oh well... what will the warranty situation be like..i say this only as a side thought, becuase there is no way my dad will be paying for this repair either way..citroen is paying for it! :P But will he have to be "Mr. ***oops***" as he likes to call his alter-ego when getting what he wants or will it be plain sailing...personally i wouldnt mind being there to learn his little trade secret..it's never failed! :lol: thanks guys

Hey all, just a little tale to tell.. i was driving my car the other day and suddenly (literally) the clutch put up a big fight to let the gears in, i was VERY worried that i would be stranded at lights becuase i could not get into first...! :angry: Then i was pulling up to a junction, put the car into first gear with the clutch fully down...*CRUNCH* then everything was fine (again..suddenly a change... :blink: ) The problem has re-occured today..i can only just get into first.. :unsure: :lol: and reverse has a lovely grinding noise each time, so much so that in public i will put the car in reverse with the engine off, then turn the car on!! :ph34r: Obviously i will take it into the dealer ASAP... thanks, Ciaran

Just got back from Itlay, i was there for 5 days with the school on a art trip. Only saw two C4's. One was in the middle of Florence, and the other was parked in the car park by the leaning tower of Pisa. Any of yours?? ;)

Just got back from Italy yesterday, bought new tyres the weekend before, £100 each for the fronts. So much more grip than the old ones. They are michealins (spelt badly! ;) ), but one up from the standard tyres.

Basically when i was reversing out the drive yesterday, i noticed a patch of "Rainbow coloured" fluid, i thought that it may be oil or petrol. I told my parents and they said it was probs just the gardners car, which i did not believe. Then it happened again today, got my dad out, and he said that is was not oil or petrol, but fluid from the steering, which makes sence because when i get out the drive, i have to put full lock on both ways, so if there was any fluid to be leaked, it would show up then...... Any ideas/similar probs.....cheers By the way, it is going in 2moz anyway

Had loads of snow done here in sussex! Fun drive into school this morning, especially considering that it is an all-counrty road drive :D Very boring...and slow, but safe, and that is all that matters... ;)

I have been worried about the clutch on mine since that one day when it suddenly changed without warning, but when it went in for the service, i asked my dad to mention the clucth, and all they said that the biting point had moved higher and that i will need one next service!! Is this a cop-out? Becuase my clutch has had no feel what-so-ever since that day when it all changed :D

On a "Top Gear" challenge Jeremy had a mitishibishi (wow that is spelt wrong! <_< ) starrion with one of those things on, and it seemed to blow him away, how much of that was for televsion i will never know....

That is a very good point.

OK, i have two opinions here. 1. That article has a little more dignity than people here may suggest, how many people do you think wash their cars with a pressure washer...?? loads, and there are complete numpties out there who may not realise that point, however over emphasized it may be. 2. (and more importantly) if you dont like the article, dont read it, simple as that. It is like when old ladies ring up and complain about a nipple being shown on TV......change the channel then!!! No-one is forcing you to watch it, in the same way no-one is forcing you to read that article... That is just my personal opinion... <_<
