Thanks for the reply guys, this is only my second visit to the forum, the other forums I use all send automatic replies to questions, so I was unaware anyone had taken the time to respond. As I am such a Luddite, I thought it was just me having problems with the wiper blades. I'd sent my skivvy (the long suffering wife) out to clean said car, and couldn't work out why we couldn't get behind them to clean. Thanks again for all the replies

Hope someone can help, I bought a new Citroen C1 bog standard version, trying to wash the damn thing and notice that the front windscreen wiper doesn't come away from the window, so how are you supposed to get behind it in the event that yyou need to change the blade. The back one is OK and comes away as you would expect. There appears to be nothing about wipers in the users manual, so if anybody can tell me if I'm missing something the information would be greatly appreciated.
