I have just registered with the Owners Club in the hope of finding a solution to the same problem you so well describe. Car drives fine and lifts from low-loading level as doors are opened. I was beginning to wonder where to start. So thank you - as Citroen garage said there was nothing wrong, i.e. when they put the diagnostics on it it said it was fine - so it must be of course - then it was "we must have the car for 2 days to check it out mechanically". No chance! Thanks once again.
