I am experiencing the same issue too...mine seem to come about a week or so after having my Citroen CD player fitted. The radio specialist didn't touch the ECU to allow it to work correctly so I don't think it is related. Also it was happening every time I started the car, unless I opened the boot prior, but over the past week it is now only happening every now and again...which doesn't make diagnostic any easier... If anyone knows of a fix then please inform us...failing that I will take it to an electrical specialist to see if it is a wiring fault of some kind...
