Sounds like the CV joint...Its a common problem on any front wheel drive car...the C.V. gaitor might have split and allowed dirt in to wear the joint prematurely..... I have an N reg Rover that just passed its mot with the same problem....

My girlfriend has a C2 and intermittantly the radio will start to bleep and will not turn off when you remove the keys....Citroen say they can not find a fault.... I have seen several instances of this on the web but no cures.....does anybody know how it is fixed
