does anyone have any experience of towing with a diesel? I have a 4 wheel trailer with a small(ish) vintage racing car on it - total weight probably about 1 ton. I didn't buy the citroen expecting that it would be capable, I have an old barge of a Rover that has been the towcar, but it has a serious infestation of metal moth and may soon be recycled into garden shears. I see that the ZX handbook quotes a max. towing weight of 1100kg. I'm sure the engine has the power to tow, but I'm dubious that the car is heavy enough. Any comments? PaulW
