does anyone know how to change speedo display to kilometeres on C3 for continental use please???

hello my c5 is due for fluid change in march.i went to my local dealer (kent elms) to ask price but they said they do not change the fluid any more as it is synthetic and they also said it is best not to open up the system unless there is a fault.obviously it is your choice to have it done or not:me i am going to leave it outlaw 51

it is more than likely the head gasket as i have had same symptoms and that it what is wrong with mine.mt mechanics says you do not get any oil and water mixing with modern engines.hope this helps
