No water is coming out of the front jets, instead it comes out of the rear wiper jet, so possibly a blockage. But how do I get to the pipes to check? Total novice here so please be specific!

The exterior door handle on the driver's side on my beloved 1998 xsara has broken, the blasted thing just came off in my hand! Any idea where I can get another one? My local scrap yard didn't have one. And how would I go about removing the inner door panel so I can fit it? Thanx in advance
